TenHaul Intelligence LLC (“TenHaul”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides dispatch, load workflow, and driver operations software.

This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

• Account data (name, email, role, company).
• Operational data (loads, addresses, status, notes, documents such as RC/BOL/invoice).
• Device/app data (logs, identifiers, usage diagnostics).
• Location data for driver check-ins, when enabled by user/company settings.
• Billing/subscription data from payment processors (we do not store full card numbers).

2. How We Use Information

• Provide and secure the Services.
• Process documents and workflows (e.g., RC parsing, POD handling, invoicing).
• Send operational notifications (e.g., assignments, password resets).
• Support customers, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability/performance.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Sharing

We share data only as needed with trusted processors (hosting, storage, email, payments, mapping/geocoding, analytics) under contractual controls, or when required by law.

We do not sell personal information.

4. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide Services, satisfy legal/accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

5. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the data and risk level. No method is 100% secure, but we continuously improve controls.

6. Your Choices

You can update account details via your profile and your company administrator. You can control device permissions (e.g., location, camera, photo library) through your device settings.
