Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of TenHaul websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are operated by TenHaul Intelligence LLC (“TenHaul”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must have authority from your company to create and use a company account. You are responsible for account security and all activity under your credentials.

You must provide accurate, current information and promptly update it when it changes.

2. Permitted Use

You may use TenHaul only for lawful business purposes related to transportation and logistics operations.

You may not reverse engineer, scrape at abusive rates, upload malicious content, interfere with service operation, or use TenHaul to violate laws or third-party rights.

3. Customer Data

You retain rights to your operational data (loads, notes, addresses, documents) that you submit to TenHaul.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your data solely to provide and improve the Services.

4. Billing and Subscription

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless canceled. Plan features and limits are shown on the pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

If payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is resolved.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Services may rely on third-party providers (e.g., hosting, payments, maps/geocoding, email, push notifications). Their availability and performance are outside our direct control.

6. Disclaimers

TenHaul is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect OCR extraction, or that all outputs are error-free.

You remain responsible for validating business-critical information before acting on it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenHaul and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability arising from the Services is limited to the fees paid by your company to TenHaul in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security issues, or legal requirements.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. state and federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, unless otherwise required by law.
